The mobile apparatus provided with one or more function means for executing a function includes a receiving means for receiving an arrived restriction signal; a restriction function identifying means, on the basis of one or more function restriction information items included in the restriction signal, for identifying one or more functions at which the function restriction information items aim as the restriction objects; and a state managing means for as managing the invalidating state of each function means for executing the one or more functions identified by the restriction function identifying means, and the execution of the function of each function means is limited, when each function means is managed as an invalid state by the state managing means.
