Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone system in which the communication cost is reduced and the fault tolerance is enhanced.
SOLUTION: In a mobile telephone system provided with mobile telephone sets 1, 5, radio base stations 2, 4, and a position information management center 3 that connects to the radio base stations 2, 4 via a control line and manages information of the radio base stations 2, 4 in which the mobile telephone sets 1, 5 are placed, the radio base stations 2, 4 connect to an Internet 6 via network connectors 9, 10, the position information management center 3 manages an IP address of the network connectors 9, 10 connecting respectively to the radio base stations 2, 4, the radio base stations 2, 4 inquire about IP addresses of the network connectors 9, 10 connecting to the radio base stations 2, 4 in which the mobile telephone sets 1, 5 are placed of the position information management center 3 and connect a speech channel with the network connectors 9, 10 respectively.
