The modesty panel fitting 10 comprises a body part 20 with a rectangular outer peripheral surface surrounded with a first fitting face 20a, a second fitting face 20b, a first support face 20c and a second support face 20d, and a position regulating part 30 continuous with the second support face 20d. The modesty panel 4 covering a longitudinal end face 2a of the deck member 2 can be fitted to the first fitting face 20a by fitting the modesty panel fitting 10 to a hollow part 2c of the deck member 2 in a first posture where the second fitting face 20b and the position regulating part 30 are horizontal, while the modesty panel 5 covering the side face 2b of the deck member 2 can be fitted to the second fitting face 20b by fitting the modesty panel fitting 10 to a hollow part 1a of a sleeper 1 in a second posture where the second fitting face 20b and the position regulating part 30 are vertical.
