Abstract:
To provide a modified conjugated diene polymer which is excellent in processability when made into a vulcanizate and whose vulcanizate is excellent in abrasion resistance and low hysteresis loss performance.SOLUTION: The modified conjugated diene polymer comprises: a conjugated diene polymer chain having a branched structure; and a modifier residue derived from a modifier having a predetermined group. The modifier is a compound represented by the following formula (A) (where R1 and R2 each independently represent a C1-20 hydrocarbyl group; R3 represents a C1-20 alkanediyl group; R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-20 alkyl group or a C6-20 aryl group; n represents an integer of 1-3; and a plurality of R1's or R2's may be the same as or different from each other).SELECTED DRAWING: None
