To provide a mold designing method capable of better controlling mold clamping force or the occurrence of welding at the time of injection molding of a resin product, and a method for manufacturing an injection-molded product.
When injection molding is performed using a mold having a plurality of resin inflow passages G1, G2, G3 and a runner R to a cavity CV, the mold designing parameters related to the arrangement, shape and/or dimension of the resin inflow passages are calculated beforehand by a combination of a numerical value analyzing technique for calculating an injection molding process and an optimization technique due to the support of a computer for the purpose of obtaining a suitable injection molding condition. By this constitution, the mold designing parameters can be calculated rapidly and accurately without repeating trial and error due to acquisition.
