Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate unuseful labor and prevent damages of concrete and mold frame by providing a stop position deciding device of a mold frame of a concrete sleeper, a stopping material for restraining floating of the mold frame, and a shifter for pushing up a die shoulder of the sleeper.
CONSTITUTION: A stopper 41 of a positioning device 40 regulates a front end of a pallet 4 in the forward direction by operation of a cylinder 42. A pusher 43 pushes a back end of a frame 3 of the pallet 4 by operation of a cylinder 44 so as to decide a position of the pallet. A stopping material 30 comprises a bottom plate and a stopping claw. A flange of the frame 3 of the pallet 4 enters the space under the stopping claw. A shifter 10 pushes up a tie shoulder 107 of a sleeper from the lower part. A push up rod abuts against the tie shoulder, which is pushed up vertically from the lower part. Accordingly, the sleeper can be released without difficulty. Thus, work is rationalized and the lifetime of the mold frame will be prolonged.
