Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a concrete block having laminated section, which develops antique chopped section.
SOLUTION: Respective block materials A and B, which are alternately delivered from at least two material feeding hoppers 1 and 2 containing the block materials different from each other, are placed on a feeding belt conveyor 5 at alternate intervals so as to the respective block materials make successively fall through the movement of the feeding belt conveyor 5 in the catching hopper part 7 of a frame-like material feeding box 6 and laminate them to each other in order to move the frame-like material feeding box 6, all region of which is packed by laminated block materials, to a block former side and charge the laminate block materials charged in a blocking form 8 as laminated state. After that, by applying the predetermined pressure and vibration to the laminated block materials, a laminated block body is formed. Finally, the demolded laminated block body is cut lengthwise by the predetermined width so as to obtain decorative laminated pattern having deformed lamination shown on the chopped section, which can be used in response to various ideas.
