PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a concrete block having a speckled pattern section, which develops antique chopped section.
SOLUTION: Respective block materials, which are delivered from funnel-like outlets 1a and 2a opened above and below at the longitudinal position to a single feeding belt conveyor 3 laid below funnel-like outlets 1a and 2a of two material feeding hoppers 1 and 2 disposed in an array and respectively containing block materials different from each other, are transferred on the feeding belt conveyor 3 in a double band layer (a) so as to successively make them fall in the catching hopper part 5 of a frame-like material feeding box 4 as they are in order to confusedly pack in proper-sized lump unit. Block materials packed through the catching hopper part 5 in the frame-like material feeding box 4 is moved to a block former side and charged in a blocking form 9 as confused state. After that, by applying the predetermined pressure and vibration to the block materials in the form, a confused block body is formed. Finally, the demolded confused block body is cut lengthwise by the predetermined width so as to obtain a block, on the chopped section of which speckled pattern design is shown so as to answer to various ideas.
