Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a lengthy molding which can improve molding accuracy and prevent the falling of a split mold.SOLUTION: A posterior intermediate mold 39 includes an intermediate upper mold 41 as a plurality of split molds, an intermediate middle mold 42, and an intermediate lower mold 43. A pair of key grooves 41c, 42c, 42d, and 43c extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in a mating face of the intermediate upper mold 41, the intermediate middle mold 42, and the intermediate lower mold 43. By engaging the key grooves 41c, 42c, 42d, and 43c, with longitudinal intermediate keys 45, 45 the positioning and bonding of the intermediate upper mold 41, the intermediate middle mold 42, and the intermediate lower mold 43 are carried out.
