To provide a molding method capable of excellently flowing a resin to details even though having a complicated molding shape, of increasing a freedom degree in shape designing of a molded article, and of reducing warping and contraction deformation of the molded article; and to provide a molding apparatus thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a molding method of molding a resin into a target shape using a die, the method comprising a resin flow assisting step of assisting in a resin flow by exposing at least the resin during flowing in the die to microwaves; and a molding apparatus thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
