Abstract:
PURPOSE: To render both members integral with each other by incorporating a coil spring into a molding in a mold opening process in a molding method of integrating a molding and a coil spring.
CONSTITUTION: The constitution is to make a molding and a coil spring 6 integral with each other by a process wherein, in use of a mold for forming a boss part 5a having an almost the same external diameter as the internal diameter of a coil spring in its external diameter at the time of forming a molding, an election pin 7 provided on the boss part 5a is arranged in a predetermined position for infecting resin into a cavity 4, a process wherein, by withdrawing the ejection pin 7 provided within the mold, the coil spring 6 is disposed on the election pin 7, and a process wherein, in the case of mold opening, the election pin 7 is projected for taking out the molding and, simultaneously, mounting the coil spring 6 on the boss part 5a.
