Abstract:

To provide a molten metal injection molding machine which has a simple structure and can obtain an injection molded article with stable quality.

The molten metal injection molding machine is provided with an injection molding machine for melting at least a part of metal and injecting it from a nozzle and a mold for forming the metal injected from the nozzle into a molded article. The molded article is formed by filling the metal into a space made by joining a convex-shaped mold on one side and a concave-shaped mold on the other side. In this case, a movable mold with a convex-shape is fitted into a fixed mold 22 with a concave-shape at a joining section 43.
