Abstract:
To provide a motor controller that, even when the position of a reference point provided on a rotating body driven by a motor is different depending on the rotating body, can correct the deviation of the actual rotational position of the rotating body from the rotational position of the rotating body corresponding to the amount of rotation of the motor.SOLUTION: A motor controller comprises: a reference point detection unit 15 that detects a reference point based on the number of second detection signals received from a rotation angle sensor 4 of a motor 2 from when a first time point at which the value of a first detection signal indicating whether a member 55 provided on a rotating body 5 driven by the motor 2 and having a predetermined length in a circumferential direction is at a detection position until when a second time point at which the value of the first detection signal is changed again, and the mode of change in the value of the first detection signal at the first time point or the second time point; a deviation calculation unit 16 that calculates, as a deviation amount, the difference between the number of the second detection signals received in a period during which two reference points are detected and a reference number in the period; and correction units (12, 14) that correct information on the rotational position of the rotating body 5 according to the deviation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
