Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cylinder in which shifted hitting is prevented at the threaded part of a thrust nut and a thrust rod while relieving impact in an abnormality.
SOLUTION: The motor cylinder 1 comprises a drive motor 2 producing a rotary output, an externally threaded screw 5a, a thrust shaft 5 supported rotatably in a frame 17, means 3, 7, 9 for transmitting the rotary output from the drive motor 2 to the thrust shaft 5, a thrust nut 11 having an internal thread 11a being screwed with the externally threaded screw 5a of the thrust shaft 5, and a thrust rod 13 projecting axially and slidably from the frame 17 while covering the externally threaded screw 5a. The thrust nut 11 is coupled frictionally in the axial direction to transmit a thrust to the thrust rod 13.
