Abstract:
To provide a motor-driven roller type shutter easily adjustable to a utilized space by cutting.
This motor-driven roller type shutter includes a builtup panel comprising slender thin plates jointed together and a load bar 3 guided within two slide paths. The hollow load bar is fitted with a freely retractable probe rod 4 for detecting objects, and for this the shutter has a mechanism which cooperates with the probe rod to ensure that objects are detected at all points along the probe rod. The mechanism comprises a rack 16 indispensable for the probe rod and a long pinion 15 meshing with the overall length of the rack 16.
