To allow anyone to wind a bandage rapidly and neatly.
The width of a bandage is adjusted with an adjustment screw and the winding speed of the bandage is adjusted using a switch 16. The bandage is passed between plates and put on a rectangular, partly bending bar 4 from below, and a lid 6 equipped with a plate is lowered. The bar carrying the bandage makes close contact with rollers 1, and as the bar starts to rotate the rollers also start to rotate, winding the bandage around the bar. After the bandage has been wound around the bar, the lid is raised. Then the bar stops rotating. Finally, the partly bending rectangular bar is bent by hand and the bandage is drawn out from the bar. Even if the bandage kept bent is wound around the bar 4, it can be rewound by turning the adjustment screw 12 and unwinding it.
