Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11309173
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To apply an external treatment or a painkiller treatment to a position inaccessible to hands by oneself by screwing a curved lever insertable with a swab on one side of an expandable handhold, and removably screwing a cap with a finger-shaped piece on the other side.

When a swab holder is extended, a cap 7 protruded with a finger-shaped piece 9 is removably screwed on one side of a base tube 1 formed with a screw section 5, a fine shrunk-diameter hole 4 is formed in a step from a hollow hole 2 through a tapered hole 3 on the other side, and an intermediate tube 11 is inserted slidably and protrudably from the shrunk-diameter hole 4 and is expanded/shrunk. A fine shrunk-diameter hole 14 is formed in a step from the hollow hole 12 of the intermediate tube 11 through a tapered hole 13, and a straight lever 21 is inserted slidably and protrudably from the shrunk- diameter hole 14 and is expanded/shrunk. The screw shaft 29 of a curved lever 26 is screwed to a screw hole 24 provided on the other side of the straight lever 21. When the shaft section of a swab A is inserted into a hole 27 formed on a dog-legged end section, it is pressed into a tapered hole 28 at the depth section, and the swab A can be held downward without being dropped.
