To provide a motor-driven two-wheeler equipped with side wheel designed as driven by a user of a self-mobile wheelchair, allowing the user to load the wheelchair on the vehicle by himself and to drive it.

The motorcycle part of this motorcycle equipped with side wheel is furnished with a get-on/get-off slope to allow the user of the self-mobile wheelchair to get on the driving part of the motorcycle. Attachment of the side wheel serves for protecting the motorcycle from turning over. Because the user of the self-mobile wheelchair cannot make driving manipulation if it involves lower limb motions, the side wheel is attached to a scooter type motorcycle (a vehicle called scooter having an automatic centrifugal type clutch to be manipulated by two hands and a continuously variable transmission) which does not require the lower limb motions of the driver.
