PURPOSE: To simply and positively mount a decorative part such as a roof chenille, etc., to a mounting recessed groove confined to a mounting portion where a car roof, etc., are mounted.

CONSTITUTION: A clip C is composed of a base substance 10, operating members 20, and a locking member 30, and on the clip base substance side, locking parts 12 for locking a decorative part (roof chenille), a supporting hole 13 for movably supporting the operating members 20, and an insertion hole 14 allowing the locking member 30 to face the inside of the supporting hole 13, are formed. On the operating member 20 side, elastic arms 21 elastically pressure-abutting on the side walls 3a of a mounting recessed groove 3 and can parts 22 which are inserted into the above supporting hole 13 to promote their own movement, are formed, and on the locking member 30 side, pressing parts 32 for abutting on the cam parts 22 to move the operating members 20 are formed. Thus, the clip C is automatically fixed into the mounting recessed groove 3 without using a T type stud so that a decorative part may be mounted securely to the mounting recessed groove.
