Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a manifold for an engine which can decrease the height of a cylinder head without increasing its width, attain miniaturization and lighten the weight in a total unit, and attain improvement of a mounting capacity in a vehicle main unit.
SOLUTION: A seat part 13' for inserting a tightening member in a side of a receiving part 6 of an intake manifold 8 is spaced from a seal surface 12 relating to a cylinder head 7 of the intake manifold 8, and a corresponding part of the cylinder head 7 is formed with a boss part 16 for engaging the tightening member swollen in the receiving part 6 so as to make the tightening member 9' tighten in its tip end part.
