Abstract:

To attain easy assembly, high accuracy in dimensions, and weight reduction.

This mounting structure is formed with a steering member fixing part 20 forming a gutter-shaped rail on the upper part of the rear wall 13 of a main case 12. A stay part 40 having a body mounting part at its front end, which is integrally-molded with the main case, extends downward from both the ends of the steering member fixing part 20. A steering member 30 having mounting brackets 35, 36 on the side walls of a body at both the ends is laid on the rail and fixed by screwing-in bolts 50 from a fixed wall 22. As a result, the steering member is supported with high rigidity because both the ends thereof are connected with the side walls of a body and the central part is fixed to a floor through the stay part of the main case. With no need for welding the stay part to the steering member, no thermal distortion occurs.
