The movable guide roller 100 for the cable protective guide device includes support rollers 150, 160 disposed between a bent-back part and a moving end 206 of the cable protective guide device 200 for protecting and guiding cables having cable fixed ends and cable moving ends in the bent-back state to support the cable protective guide device 200 from below. The moving end 206 of the cable protective guide device 200 is fixed to a belt 132 stretched over a pair of main pulleys 122 with diameters D, and the support rollers are fixed to belts 134, 136 stretched over a pair of auxiliary pulleys 124, 126 fixed to the same rotating shafts as the main pulleys and having diameters d (D/2<d<D).
