A circular saw 10 of this power tool, has a motor housing 14 having a built-in electric motor, and a shoe plate 30 is connected to this housing 14 pivotably around a pivoting axis line 34. The shoe plate 30 has a support surface 38 for supporting the circular saw 10 on the surface of a work, and this shoe plate 30 is provided with an adjustment assembly 46 front pivotal depth adjusting cut depth of saw teeth. The circular saw 10 has a movable handle structure 66, which has a main handle member 70 that is supported on a support portion 166 of the housing 14 movably around an axis line 26, and its rotation position is fixed by a lock device 82.
