Abstract:
To provide a moving body illuminating device and a moving body that can secure a degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: A moving body illuminating device 10 comprises a first light source 110, a second light source 120 arranged forward of the first light source 110 to emit light forward, a reflecting body 130 constituting a portion of a rotary ellipse body to reflect light emitted by the first light source 110, a projection lens 170 on which the light emitted by the first light source 110 and reflected by the reflecting body 130 is incident, and a shade 160 arranged near a second focus S2 between the second light source 120 and the projection lens 170. The projection lens 170 comprises a first lens part 171 on which the light emitted by the first light source 110 and reflected by the reflecting body 130 is incident, and a second lens 172 on which the light emitted by the second light source 120 is incident. A major axis of the rotary ellipse body is inclined with respect to a horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
