To provide a system capable of delivering a moving image in real-time to a reproducing terminal apparatus.
A moving image stream 4 picked up by a digital camera 2 is given to a moving image capture device 6. The device 6 analyzes the picked-up moving image stream 4, and extracts image data and sound data. In the extraction, only an I-picture in the image data is selected so as to reduce the amount of data. A moving image converting server 10 receives a compressed moving image stream 8 so as to convert the sound data into an MFi format to be reproduced by the reproducing terminal apparatus 20. The moving image stream 12 for delivery is stored in a moving image delivery server 14 (a moving image delivering means). The moving image delivery server 14 receives a request from the reproducing terminal apparatus 20 so as to transmit the moving image stream 12 for delivery via the internet 16.
