To improve the sound pressure characteristic of a thin sounding body module which includes a piezoelectric sounding body inside a housing.
A liquid crystal display device includes liquid crystal 26, its front surface cover 12, and its rear surface cover 20. A sounding body module 10 is obtained by integrating the liquid crystal display device with the piezoelectric sounding body 30, and is installed inside the housing 52 of an electronic apparatus 50. The piezoelectric sounding body 30 is superimposed onto the liquid crystal 26. A sound releasing hole 16 for guiding sound to the outside is formed in the rear surface cover 20. When the area of the sound releasing hole 16 is adopted as SSH and the area of the piezoelectric sounding body 30 is as SCSP, the following formula is obtained: 1/20×SCSP≤SSH≤1/2×SCSP. When the width of the sound releasing hole 16 along the edge of the liquid crystal 26 is adopted as W, the diameter of the piezoelectric sounding body 30 is as, the length of the edge of the liquid crystal 26 is as L, and the relation of 1/2×≤W≤L is satisfied, the thin sounding body module 10 is obtained with the excellent sound pressure characteristic.
