Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image processing apparatus that performs image processing reflecting photographer's intention on the basis of information at the time of photographing.SOLUTION: The moving image processing apparatus comprises: a recording unit 10 in which a moving image file composed of frame images bearing individual focus evaluation values representing focus evaluation values at the time of photographing is recorded; an evaluation value calculating unit 20 that calculates a representative focus evaluation value being a representative of individual focus evaluation values of a target frame image group; a normalizing unit 30 that, on the basis of the representative focus evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculating unit 20, calculates an individual normalized focus evaluation value by normalizing individual focus evaluation values included in the target frame image group; and an image processing unit 40 that performs image processing on a frame image in which the individual normalized focus evaluation value is relatively low so that in the target frame image group, a frame image in which the individual normalized focus evaluation value is relatively low becomes inconspicuous for a frame image in which the individual normalized focus evaluation value is relatively high.
