On the other hand, the mold of an absorber is released from an absorber sheet 5S which is fed out of a row-fabric roll 5R by a cutting part 30, and a rear face member sheet 6S fed out of a row-fabric roll 6R is coated with an adhesive agent by an adhesive agent applying part 40. Then, the absorber is overlapped on the adhesive agent by an overlapping part 50 and in the state of sandwiching the absorber between the rear face member sheet 6S and the surface member sheet 4S, they are sent by a feeding belt 59 and press-welded from the upside and downside by a press part 60.
