When a back rest part 9 and a handle 7 are raised, the grip part 11 is turned into the state of being expanded backward, but when the back rest part 9 and the handle 7 are let fall down, the grip part 11 is turned into the state of being expanded forward, and the grip part 11 is positioned higher as much as possible so that an attendant can grasp the grip part 11 in natural attitude.
