Title:
MULTI-ELEMENT FORM WHICH CAN VERIFY ENCLOSED FORM ELEMENTS, AND MANUFACTURE AND METHOD VERIFICATION METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2686229
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely confirm form elements enclosed in an envelope by confirming enclosed form elements composed of letters or numeric numbers which are imaged on first to third element surfaces which are aligned with their ends being arraned in order and positioned, for applying indispensable postal conditions, with a density which is lower than that of a high density imaged pattern.
CONSTITUTION: When form elements 11 to 13 are aligned with their ends are arranged in order, and are positioned, high density patterns 16 to 18 are imaged on the form elements 11 to 13 at positions which are related to one another so that they are lined up in a row. Letter or numerical number patterns are formed with a density which is lower than that of the high density patterns 16 to 19 on the form elements 11 to 13 in parts. Further, the form elements 11 to 13 are superposed with one another and are then folded along crease lines 23, 24. They are then set in an another envelope 30 which is dispatched as a final package. With this arrangement, since it is a multi- element form on which printing is made on a straight line, it is simply confirm whether the form elements 11 to 13 are surely enclosed in the envelope or not.
