Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surface characteristics, heat insulation, a vibration control property, and a recycling property excellent by a method wherein a surface hardness of a surface layer is made a specific value, a thickness of the surface layer is made to have a specific ratio to a thickness of a base layer, and inside layer is made of a foam, and adhesion strength of each layer is made a specific value.
SOLUTION: A surface hardenness of a surface layer (a) is made HB or higher pencil hardness, a thickness T1 of the surface layer (a) is made 50% or under of a thickenss T2 of a base layer (b), an inside layer (c) is made of a foam, and adhesion strength of each layer is made 1 kgf or higher. Further, a wall thickness of the surface layer (a) is preferably 0.5 mm or over, and a tensile strength of a raw material of a base layer (b) is preferably 800 kg/cm2 or higher in a user region at 20 to 75°C. Further, a density of the foam layer (c) is preferably 10 to 500 kg/m2. Thermoplastic resin capable of being used for a multi-layer blowed product is, for example, polyethylene polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, ABS resin, etc., and preferably crystalline resin.
