To provide a multi-story storage facility for railway vehicles, which can efficiently store railway vehicles in a multi-story state.

The multi-story storage facility 10 includes: a plurality stage of pallets 21 each mounting the railway vehicle 1 wherein a plurality of vehicles are coupled together; a pallet supplying/withdrawing mechanism for sequentially supplying or withdrawing a plurality of stages of the pallets 21 when the railway vehicle 1 enters or exits; and a pallet-elevating mechanism for simultaneously stopping, raising and lowering the plurality of the stages of the pallets 21 while supporting them. Accordingly, the railway vehicles 1 are stored in the multi-story state while being mounted on the pallets 21.
