To provide a multibranched compound, in which a plurality of ethylenically unsaturated bonds are introduced to one molecule, usable as an ene compound in ene-thiol system, high in sensitivity, also low in shrinkage factor in polymerization, and its manufacturing method, as well as a photosensitive resin composition.
In the multibranched compound, Michel addition of thiol having at least one hydroxy group and production of urethane bond by isocyanate having at least one acrylate group are alternately made while taking the acrylate groups of a core molecule having acrylate groups as base points, and furthermore, the multibranched compound is made to have a structure where diallylamine is added to acrylate groups at the ends of molecular chain.
