Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to realize high-speed operation by sequentially sampling controlled variables of respective channels detected from several objects to be controlled at 1st cycles much greater than basic cycles. CONSTITUTION:Controlled variables of respective channels detected from objects CH1-CH128 to be controlled are inputted to multiplexer 2 and main controller 1 (composed of a microcomputer) supplies a channel assignment signal to multiplexer 2 at constant sampling cycles [e.g. 30 minutes (1st cycles) with basic cycles of three minutes] to read sequentially controlled variables of respective channels from multiplexer 2. On fetching controlled variables of respective channels, controller 1 finds deviation of each controlled variable from a desired value set previously to calculate a manipulated variable from the deviation on the basis of preset control operation characteristics and then converts it into a bit pattern, which is written in an area corresponding to its channel of operation memory 3.
