In a 12-pole rotating terminal mechanism 1, first conductive rings 14 are kept inserted between a circular inner periphery face 81 of a first outside electrode complex ring 8 and a circular outer periphery face 71 of a first inside electrode complex ring 7 concentrically arranged, in a slightly crushed state. On the circular outer periphery face 71 and the circular inner periphery face 81 of the complex rings 7, 8, electrode face parts 72a, 82a of an arc-shape electrode and insulated face parts 73a, 83a of an electric insulator alternately appear. When the fist outside electrode complex ring 8 and the first inside electrode complex ring 7 relatively rotate, the conductive rings 14, kept pressed toward the circular inner periphery face 81 and the circular outer periphery face 71 by elastic force, rotate along these faces, so that electric connection between the outside electrode and the inside electrode divided in a peripheral direction sequentially changed, but, since at least one conductive ring exists between the electrodes, electric conduction is always maintained.
