Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cook variously by transmitting the rotation of a rotation variable motor in a motor housing on a substrate to a food processing unit in a cooking vessel on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A common substrate 2 is provided with a motor housing 3 and a vessel 20 for food processing and cooking thereon. The rotation of a motor in the motor housing 3 is varied with a controller 6 mounted on the motor housing 3. The rotation of the motor is transmitted to the driving shaft 10 of the vessel 20 through the output shaft 11 and transmitting means 9. The driving shaft 10 processes food through processing tools 19 such as cutter, mixer, juicer and kneader mounted in the vessel 20 according to application. Also a heating plate 25 heated with a heating means 27 is fitted on the bottom face of the vessel 20, and a temperature is set at the temperature selector 7 mounted on the housing 3 and controlled with a temperature sensor 26. Thereby various desired cooking can be accomplished.
