To provide a multipurpose stadium, in which there is no dead angle from any stand and to either sport while having a stand group capable of being turned for changing the shapes of a ground and the arrangement of the stands in optimum shapes in response to sports having different contents and which is not too far from any stand and to either sport.
Four movable stand groups 14 are installed to both each neighbour of first and second fixed stand groups 12, 13 mounted at places faced approximately oppositely while holding the central point 0 of a ground 11 in a manner that the movable stand groups 14 can be housed. Two tuning moving stand groups 18, in which stands from frontest sections to rearest sections can be rotated integrally in the circumferential direction regarding specified circumferential length, are set up between the two fixed stand groups 12, 13, the circumferential length of the first fixed stand group 12 is made longer than that of the second fixed stand group 13, height from the ground 11 in the frontest sections of each stand group is equalized approximately, and floor-face inclinations are also made approximately the same.
