This musculi ossiculorum auditus reflection measuring device is provided with an inspection sound output means 4 for outputting a first inspection sound on the basis of an acoustic compliance measuring signal or a second inspection sound on the basis of a signal by adding the acoustic compliance measuring signal and a stimulation signal in an external acoustic meatus 1 of a subject, a sound pressure detecting means 5 for converting sound pressure into an electric signal by detecting the sound pressure in the external acoustic meatus 1, an acoustic compliance detecting means 6 for detecting acoustic compliance of a middle ear of the subject from the electric signal outputted by this sound pressure detecting means 5 and a musculi ossiculorum auditus reflection reaction detecting means 7 for detecting musculi ossiculorum auditus reflection from a change in the electric signal outputted by the sound pressure detecting means 5 to calculate an acoustic compliance variation of a musculi ossiculorum auditus reflection level by multiplying a rate 6f change of output of the sound pressure detecting means 5 after a prescribed time passes after outputting the second inspection sound by a prescribed time to the electric signal outputted by the sound pressure detecting means 5 when outputting the first inspection sound.
