Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound reproducing/recording apparatus and the like which performs recording without changing an output of audio data, when recording in synchronism with reproducing of time-series audio data which are musical composition data stored in a storage media, such as a CD.
SOLUTION: A CD drive unit 1 reads the audio data in which a time code is inserted discretely from the CD. An MIDI event generating circuit 14 generates the MIDI event according to a detection result of key sensor 12 or the like. When an SMF creating/writing control means in an FD recording apparatus 8 receives the event via a controller 3, the SMF which contains the event and a delta time which is generated by a delta time generating means in the FD recording apparatus 8 are created and recorded on the FD. The delta time is adjusted on the basis of a time code read from the CD, by a delta time adjusting means in the FD recording apparatus 8.
