CONSTITUTION: First and second supporting members 214, 216 are separately and oppositely arranged, 1st and 3rd conductors 220, 240 and 2nd and 4th conductors 230, 50 can be mutually moved so as to keep electrically conductive relation in response to the impression of voltage, a pressure-sensitive semiconductor layer 260 is arranged between the 1st and 3rd conductors 220, 240 or between the 2nd and 4th conductors 230, 250 to form contact resistance between them, and the contact resistance is changed in response to a change in pressure. A 1st application circuit 264 is connected to the 3rd conductor 240 and a 2nd application circuit 266 is connected to the 2nd and 4th conductors.
