Title:
MUSICAL SOUND GENERATION DIRECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09179487
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reflect the vibration characteristic of a chord corresponding to the rendition style on the control of a musical sound without impairing the primary characteristic of the continuous sound to be generated.

When the level of the chord vibration actually inputted at a rendition is equal to the level of the chord vibration corresponding to the reference rendition style stored in a working RAM 27, a DSP 14 directs a sound source section 18 to generate a musical sound at this level characteristic. When it is different from the level of the chord vibration corresponding to the reference rendition style, the DSP14 controls the level of the generated musical sound based on the difference between the level of the chord vibration corresponding to the actual rendition and the level of the chord vibration corresponding to the reference rendition.
