Title:
N-CONTAINING HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016006113
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design and/or identify compounds which specifically inhibit kinases of JAK and Aurora family, especially compounds which may preferentially inhibit one or more of JAK kinases compared with other JAK kinases.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an N-containing heterocyclic compound which is an inhibitor of protein kinases including JAK kinases. More specifically, the compounds are selective to JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 or TYK2 kinases and combinations thereof (for example, a combination of JAK1 and JAK2 and the like). These kinase inhibitors can be used for treatments of kinase related diseases, for example immunological and inflammatory diseases including organ transplantation; hyperproliferative diseases including cancer and myeloproliferative diseases; virus diseases; metabolic diseases; and vascular diseases and the like.
