Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sutra copying paper for easy and beautiful sutra copying for anybody by using a writing brush, a ball point pen or the like for tracing the sutra on the paper.
SOLUTION: A sutra copying paper 1 is formed of a comparatively thin translucent horizontal rectangular paper, namely a Japanese paper, a special use paper or the like. A rule line 2 for printing in black or other comparatively thick color ink is printed on the surface of the sutra copying paper 1, and white-on-black characters 3 are printed on the surface of the paper 1 so that sections 4 other than the characters of a sutra text are colored in light color ink in a frame encircled by the rule 2. The color on the colored sections 4 can be desired colors like light pink, blue, gray and others.
