Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic yoke constituting a magnetic field forming part and a base supporting respective parts in a biaxial drive unit with a reduced manufacturing cost, to enlarge the degree of freedom of design and to improve precision.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a bobbin member 48 holding an objective lens 6, attaching a focus control coil 54 and a tracking control coil 55 and displacing the objective lens 6. A magnetic plate member is worked to be bent to provide a pair of bent erected pieces 28a, 28b in the mutual opposing direction along the radial direction of a disk on which a light beam is made incident through the objective lens 6. A magnet 30 is attached to one side between them, and they are placed in the position holding a focus control coil 54 and a tracking control coil 55 therebetween, and a magnetic field forming part is constituted. Further, the device is provided with a magnetic yoke member 24 attached to a base 22 position adjustably together with the bobbin member 48.
