PURPOSE: To detect the permeability of washing water correctly by setting prescribed standby time after stopping a water sending operation and reading in the permeability of the washing water after food residuum is sedimented or a bubble is dissipated.
CONSTITUTION: A control part 41 finds additional washing time, rinsing time and drying time, etc., by fuzzy inference based on a detection value detected by a permeability detecting means 33, and executes every process based on the data of them. A washing and discharge pump 7 and a heater 4 are turned off in a fuzzy process, and for example, the permeability is detected by the detecting means 33 after the lapse of one minute, and the detection value is stored in a buffer MD 37. The storage value of the buffer HD 37 is compared with that of a buffer MC 36, and a smaller value is stored in a buffet MF 39. In this way, since the food residuum floating in the washing water is sedimented or the bublle occurring due to cavitation phenomenon is dissipated while the water sending operation is being performed, the permeability of washing water itself can be detected correctly.
