NEW MATERIAL:A fluorine-containing aromatic carboxylic acid ester ot formula l (Rf is perfluoroalkenyl, C6F11, C9F17; X is H, methyl; n is 1-140). EXAMPLE:The compound of formula II. USE:Surface active agent, lubricant, mold release agent, cosmetic or high polymer surface modifier. PREPARATION:For example, a perfluoroalkenyloxy-aromatic carboxylic acid chloride of formula III is allowed to react with polyethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol of formula Iv in the presence of a basic compound to give the subject fluorine-containing aromatic carboxylic acid ester of formula I.
