Abstract:
PURPOSE:To securely fix TABs to all liquid crystal panels by performing adequate fitting control, TAB by TAB, even when the number of TABs increases as the liquid crystal panels become large. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal module manufacturing device consists of a setting station 100 which sets the liquid crystal panel at a reference position on the suction part jig of a conveyance body, a temporary press fitting station 300 which fix plural TABs at the specific positions of the liquid crystal panel in order temporarily, a main press fitting station 500 which fixes the TABs of the liquid crystal panel finally at the same time, and a station 700 which takes the liquid crystal out after the TABs are already fixed; and the press fitting head of the main press fitting station is divided into parts as many as the TABs.
