Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure of a die while preventing the generation of a defective by positively pulling out a hose end connection from the inside of a cavity hole.
CONSTITUTION: A slide hole 56, which is opened and formed to a slide core 52a and in which a molding pin 58 is mounted, and a slide member 55 forming a hose end connection, which is disposed movably into the slide hole 56 and an opening end of which is expanded and opened between the cavity hole 61 of the slide hole 56 and the molding pin 58, are provided. Accordingly, the slide member 55 is moved by the drawing resistance of the hose end connection from the inside of the cavity hole 61 at the time of mold-opening, and a clearance is shaped on the inner circumference of the opening end of the hose end connection and the slide member is drawn easily, thus particularly requiring no mechanism for shifting the slide member 55, then positively moving the slide member 55 by mold-opening, provided that the hose end connection can be pulled out.
