Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of taking into consideration a temporary change for road network in route determination, navigation and guidance.SOLUTION: In a navigation device 810 provided with a processor and a store including map data 815, the map data 815 has a feature varying by time and the processor determines a state of the feature varying by time according to time information when processing a route plan. The map data varying by time includes feature information for specifying features of a map such as a road which is only usable during a certain prescribed time zone.
