Abstract:
To provide a negative electrode plate excellent in cycle characteristics and a manufacturing method thereof in order to solve the problem that a capacity of a lithium secondary battery made in a conventional manufacturing method of a lithium secondary battery sometimes decreases by repeated charging/discharging cycles.
The negative electrode plate is characterized by an active material layer, which includes at least silicon or tin on a collector, is provided with columnar particles all inclining in the same direction. The method of manufacturing the negative electrode plate is characterized by forming an active material layer, which includes at least silicon or tin on a collector while spraying vaporized lithium.
